The Five Niyamas

(The Five Internal Observances,

aka The Five Personal Practices of Awakening

- The Second Limb of Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™)

While the five Niyamas are often defined as the five "Internal Observances", I have found when they are practice with the utmost sincerity, they are best called the five "Personal Practices of Awakening".

Below are links for the five Niyamas. Please note, when you visit each Niyama, the meaning of that Niyama is presented in quotes as I recite and reaffirm it daily, and practice it along my journey in life. Please note, the wording of these meanings is very important, as this is how I have come to realize the deepest meaning in alignment with the underlying essence of that Niyama, while being as clear and concise as possible as to how to actually practice it in daily life with my utmost sincerity.

Om Shanti,
