"Wellbeing on the inside, not just looking good on the outside, is what makes yoga Yoga.", Keith Wolfe, founder of Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™

The Niyama of Saucha (Purity) of Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™:

Saucha (Purity):

"Purity. Having a pure mind, body, heart, and spirit.

Having a pure mind: A pure mind begets pure thoughts. Pure thoughts beget pure feelings. Pure feelings beget pure energy. Pure energy begets pure actions. Pure actions beget pure journeys. Pure journeys beget a pure life.

Having a pure body: Pure foods to eat. Pure liquids to drink. Pure air to breathe. Pure environment to be within. And pure physical and emotional non-stress.

Having a pure heart: A heart built upon a foundation of kindness, compassion, and love. Leading me, guiding me, as I go along my journey in life, with strong moral values of honesty, integrity, and treating all beings with dignity and respect. A heart that guides me when things, events, occur along the course of my life, that can occur along the course of any life, a heart that guides me when an event occurs, to discern whether or not to respond to the event. And if I choose to respond to the event, to do so with my utmost sincerity, in alignment with all my values, and to do my best to learn and grow from it, be better for it, and continue to learn and grow as I go along my journey in life.

Having a pure spirit: My consciousness, pure consciousness, continuous uninterrupted stream of pure consciousness, leading me, guiding me, as I go along my journey in life. Leading me, guiding me, to seek, see, and live Truth. And to do so with humility, without Ego, and to make my best effort in each moment."
