The Niyama of Tapas (Purification) of Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™:

"Tapas (Purification):

Purification by burning away impurities and bad karma. Karma simply being, consequences for one's previous actions. And impurities and bad karma can be burned away in many different ways.

One way is, when a challenge or crisis occurs along the course of my life, that can occur along the course of any life - when a challenge or crisis occurs along the course of my life, while dealing with it, and addressing it, as best I can, to also have the awareness, have the consciousness, to also embrace it. Embrace it as an opportunity for personal growth. Embrace it as an opportunity for awakening. Embrace it as an opportunity to burn away impurities and bad karma by dealing with it and addressing it as very best I can, with my utmost sincerity, and in alignment with all my values.

Another way to burn away impurities and bad karma is through meditation.

Another way to burn away impurities and bad karma is by doing purification practices, such as pranayama breathing practices, or yogasana practices, or other purification practices.

And another way to burn away impurities and bad karma is by doing genuine good deeds. Practicing genuine kindness to another being, or doing other genuine good deeds.

And! And this second part of this Niyama. Tapas. Purification. Is absolutely essential - As I go along my journey in life, I have the utmost intention to live a wholesome, balanced, moral, and awakened life, so as to minimize, and most ideally be liberated from, the planting of any further seeds of impurities or bad karma along my journey."
