My "Morning Meditations, Intentions, and Affirmations" Practice:

While all of my Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™ practices are very important to me, this practice is by far my most important. I feel it is the central practice that has played the most profound role in my awakening to my true Self, living my full potential every day, and living the vast majority of my waking hours with an immense sense of gratitude, and with Divine grace, peace, and love, in my heart every day.

This practice has roots in Raja yoga in the sense of its depth and breadth across all limbs of yoga, especially with the limbs of Yamas, Niyamas, Dharana, and Dhyana of Raja yoga, and the Pavitra Yamas limb unique to Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™. This practice also has roots in Vinyasa yoga in the sense that the core essence of "vinyasa" is "to arrange in a special way", and I have arranged my Morning Meditations, Intentions, and Affirmations practice in a very special way that I have experienced firsthand has been most helpful along my journey. I feel this practice truly allows me to live in the "Apex" of life.

Om Shanti,

Keith Wolfe, founder of Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™
