Please Read these Important Notes of Guidance & Insights about Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™ Asana Practice:
1) Please Be Conscientious:
It is important while doing a yogasana practice to always be conscientious to not reach any point or boundary throughout the entire yogasana practice, of feeling discomfort or pain. Always listen to and monitor your body and inner Self, and never push or force yourself beyond your personal/physical limitations. And calmly pausing or stopping progression into a pose, and even backing off if/as needed, to prevent any feeling of discomfort or pain throughout the entire yogasana practice.
Also, if you ever feel the need to pause or stop your yogasana practice for any reason, it is perfectly fine to back-off, to pause or stop, to go into Child's Pose, or whatever you feel is appropriate for you, and is respectful of others in the yogasana session if you happen to be in a yogasana class.
2) Ensure Safe Practice Space:
Ensure you are in a safe practice space free from obstacles, with appropriate lighting for that practice, and that you are choosing an appropriate yogasana practice level based on your yogasana experience and any personal/physical limitations you may have. When in doubt, choose the simpler/lower-level yogasana practice.
3) Every Pose is a "Peak Pose" in Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga ™ Asana:
Every pose in Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™ Asana is a “Peak Pose”, and of equal importance. There is no one "Peak Pose", no one most important pose in the yogasana sequence around which the yogasana sequence was created or is performed.
