"Mindfulness: Intentional, Calm, Heightened Awareness, in the Present Moment, Without Judgment."

I have found that living mindfully profoundly enriches my life by increasing my ongoing awareness to a whole new level, and by experiencing my journey in life in a much more intimate and meaningful way, instilling a deep sense of presence and gratitude along my journey.

A couple notes of guidance for the "Mindfulness" practice:

I recommend first becoming really familiar with the phrase and depth of its meaning by sitting comfortably, breathing naturally, becoming fully present, and saying the phrase slowly at least three times, either out loud or silently to yourself, pausing at each comma for at least 1-2 seconds. Really be with it, and feel it as your are saying the meaning of the mindfulness practice.

Second, it's important to come to the point where you can recite it from memory to allow practicing it whenever you choose.

Then I recommend starting small with the practice to really see and experience it in action, by practicing it on specific tasks, e.g. taking a walk, doing dishes, reading a book, feeding the pets, etc. In other words, be mindful of the mindfulness practice in action.

Then proceed to incorporate practicing mindfulness more and more throughout your day, and eventually over time coming to live mindfully along your journey in life.

Kind regards,

- Keith
