Living Love is at the heart of Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™

"Living Love:

I choose to live love,

Unconditional Love.

I choose to live with an open heart.

I choose to live life to the fullest, pursue my dreams, live my passions, and treat all beings with dignity and respect.

I choose to give acts of love to others, as well as myself, in thought, word, and deed, that are in alignment with all my other values, as I can find ways to do so as I go along my journey in life.

I choose to live love,

Unconditional Love.

I am so very, very, grateful."

A couple notes of guidance for practicing "Living Love":

1) First, ensure you have read and understand the Important and Sincere Note on the previous webpage listing the four Pavitra Yamas.

2) I have found Living Love to be a very powerful "awakening" practice if done with the utmost sincerity. Therefore, before doing the actual practice, I recommend becoming really familiar with all the phrases and depth of their meaning by sitting comfortably, breathing naturally, becoming fully present, and saying each sentence slowly at least three times, either out loud or silently to yourself, pausing at each comma and period for at least 2-3 seconds. Really be with it, and feel it as your are saying the meaning of the Living Love practice.

3) Then proceed with meditating on it for some time that feels right for you.

4) Then proceed with the practice of "Living Love".

5) Lastly, I recommend on a regular basis to recite the entire Living Love practice above and reaffirm your intention to Live Love. I reaffirm this daily, with the intention to Live Love as part of who I am, along my journey in life.

Best regards,

- Keith
