My "Gratitude & Oneness Meditation" Practice (prior to falling asleep):

And I did my best to live my full potential, while maintaining Divine peace in the core of my being that is not dependent on any conditions. I am so very grateful.”……then I transition into deep meditation on (and most often absorption in) the Oneness of All That Is, and fall asleep….

A note about my "Gratitude & Oneness Meditation" practice:

This is my last Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™ practice of the day. This is one of my shortest and most meaningful practices and typically lasts anywhere from 20 seconds or so to a couple of minutes during the last of my wakeful consciousness, and into falling asleep.

In a way, this practice is the flip side of my First Light of Consciousness practice at the very beginning of my day, and very precious to me for many reasons, especially because of the awareness it instills within me of immense gratitude which then transitions into meditation and Oneness with All That Is as I fall asleep.
