First Light of Consciousness:

"I am grateful. I am grateful for this day, and I am grateful for this magical thing called life. And, as I go along my journey in life, I have the utmost intention to live my absolute fullest potential every day, including today, while maintaining Divine peace in the core of my being, that is not dependent on any conditions."

- Keith Wolfe, founder of Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga

An important note about my "First Light of Consciousness" practice:

This is my first conscious expression every morning upon waking. Then when I rise from bed, I do so with hands in Namaste position, in acknowledgement and awareness of the Oneness of All That Is. This is my first Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga practice of my day, every day.

Please know I am sharing this practice with you in tremendous humility and sincerity because this is one of my most important and beautiful yoga practices over all. This practice is deeply meaningful for me because it "sets the stage" every day for living love, being my true Self, living my full potential every day, and experiencing Divine grace, peace, and love in my heart the vast majority of my waking time every day as I go along my journey in life.

This practice is so very important to me, and foundational from which all my other yoga practices of the day are based on and grow from. This practice took me many, many days to achieve, though in sensing its significance for my journey of personal growth and spiritual awaking, I just kept at it every day with my best effort with peace, trust, and sincerity in my heart.

As a gift, I'd like to give this tip to you that came to me after many days of sincere effort, but still not being able to achieve this practice every morning upon my first light of consciousness - I found that it was very helpful as I was about to drift off to sleep the night before, to put out the intention to say, and truly feel, my First Light of Consciousness practice above upon my first consciousness the next morning, and then I would mediate on the phrase as I fell asleep.

Sincerely,

- Keith
